“Stracciatella”: escamas en traducción literal. Un tipo de textura que se originó con el “ala veneciana de terrazo” en la antigua Grecia y por manos de los romanos llegó a Italia. Comenzó a ser utilizado en cobertizos industriales y rescatado, ganó nueva lectura durante el modernismo brasileño. La serie Hangar reproduce la textura original, con pequeños fragmentos en tonos tierra incrustados en el cemento.
